The café offers lunch, fika, and ice cream—the menu varies by the season, often using locally sourced and organic ingredients. Gluten- and lactose-free options are always available. The café has both indoor seating and a large outdoor terrace, and you can even take your food out into the sculpture park. Larger groups are encouraged to pre-book their food and fika for faster service and to ensure everyone gets the food they desire.

Your visit at Wanås begins in the shop in the Main Barn. Here, you can buy tickets, pick up a map of the sculpture park, and get recommendations for art walks, guided tours, and creative workshops in the Studio. The shop offers a delightful mix of local crafts, unique design products, and books about the artists who have exhibited at Wanås. There is something for everyone with our carefully selected products for both adults and children. The children’s corner invites play and creativity with exciting toys like plus-plus blocks and charming children’s books. In the deli section, you’ll find food, drinks, and sweets from local producers, always emphasizing quality and taste.

Every year, Wanås Art invites new artisans in collaboration with the Artisan Center, which keeps our selection fresh and inspiring. It’s a place where the local meets the creative in a relaxed and welcoming environment that sparks curiosity and discovery.

How long does a visit take?

If you want to see everything, plan for a full day. An average visit takes 3–4 hours.

How long is the “loop” in the sculpture park?

Can I camp or park my caravan/camper overnight on the premises?

Artworks are protected by copyright law (SFS 1960:729). This protection means that the work may not be reproduced or made available to the public without the permission of the rights holder, except as permitted by law.
